Section Pari 1203.08 - Facility License Exemption

Pursuant to RSA 287-D:7, I, a facility shall be exempted from the requirements in Pari 1203.06 above when:
(a) No more than 4 game dates are held at the facility per calendar year; or
(b) The facility is owned by a charitable organization or government subdivision, and provided free of charge.
The amended version of this section by New Hampshire Register Volume 36, Number 45, eff. 10/27/2016 is not yet available.
