If the board finds, by a preponderance of the evidence, that the parolee has violated the conditions of his parole and thereafter votes to revoke parole, pursuant to the criteria in Par 501.01 and Par 501.02, the parolee shall be committed to the custody of the commissioner of corrections. If the board votes to give the parolee another opportunity for parole, the board shall specify the criteria for that hearing. The executive assistant shall send a copy of the hearing minutes to each parolee, within 5 working days after the hearing.
