(a) The LTCO shall file the National Ombudsman Reporting System (NORS) report, detailing the activities of program during the preceding federal fiscal year, October 1 - September 30, "Annual Report" as required by RSA 161-F:17, II and applicable federal law.
(b) After certification by the Administration for Community Living (ACL), the long-term care ombudsman's annual report shall be available to the general public upon request, and shall be publicized via a press release and published on the OLTCO website https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/oltco/index.htm [File Link Not Available].
