Part Nat 303 - QUALIFICATIONS
Section Nat 303.01 - Eligibility for Initial Licensure

Applicants for initial licensure shall be eligible if they:
(a) Meet the academic requirements of Nat 303.02;
(b) Possess a good moral and professional reputation as evidenced by:
(1) The answers
to the questions in Nat 302.03(d)
and any related documents submitted pursuant to
Nat
302.04(f);
(2) The answers to the questions in
Nat
302.03(h) and any related documents
submitted pursuant to
Nat
302.04(g); and
(3) The letters required by
Nat
302.04(e);
(c) Are physically and mentally fit to practice naturopathic medicine, as evidenced by:
(1) The answers to the questions in
Nat
302.03(h)(5) and (6) and any related
documents submitted pursuant to
Nat
302.04(g); and
(2) The letters required by
Nat
302.04(e); and
(d) Have had no license, certification, or registration to practice naturopathic medicine refused, revoked, or suspended by any other state or country for reasons which relate to the applicant's ability to skillfully and safely practice naturopathic medicine.
