(a) The board shall act on the petition as follows:
(1) Issue a written declaratory ruling within
30 days of the meeting at which the petition was considered; or
(2) Reject the declaratory ruling petition if
it is inadequate or beyond the scope of the of the board's authority as
specified in RSA 357-C.
