Section Lab 526.01 - Settlement of Some or All Issues in a Dispute

(a) Any CVRP or CVRPI who has a dispute with the board shall have the opportunity at any time to reach an agreement to settle some or all of the issues if:
(1) There is no dispute about the material
facts underlying the issues to be settled; and
(2) If the dispute relates to a complaint,
the complainant has the opportunity to submit for the board's consideration
written comment on the terms of the proposed settlement.
(b) To be effective, an agreement to settle shall be:
(1) In writing;
(2) Signed by the CVRP or CVRPI;
and
(3) After the signing by the
CVRP or CVRPI, finalized as an order issued by the board.
(c) The signing by the CVRP or CVRPI of an agreement to settle shall constitute a waiver of the CVRP or CVRPI's right to a hearing of the issues resolved by the agreement.
