Universal Citation: NH Admin Rules Int 101.05

"Intermediary interpreter" means:

(a) An interpreter who holds a certificate of Certified Deaf Interpreter or Certified Deaf Interpreter-Provisional or Reverse Skills Certificate from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc.

(b) An interpreter who is licensed, certified, or approved as an intermediary interpreter by a professional licensing or approval body in any jurisdiction.
