(a) A financial institution shall not:
(1) Condition the provision or terms of any
other service upon acquisition of insurance through a particular insurer, agent
or broker;
(2) Reject a required
policy solely because the policy was sold by a person who is not associated
with the financial institution; or
(3) Impose a requirement on any agent or
broker not associated with the financial institution that is not imposed on any
agent who is associated with the financial institution.
