Nothing in this rule shall be construed to prohibit physicians, laboratory officials, hospital officials or other health providers from reporting laboratory test results or other medical information on persons diagnosed with HIV and AIDS infection to the New Hampshire department of health and human services as provided under RSA 141-C:7.
