Section Hum 315.03 - Method of Presentation of the Case Supporting the Complaint

(a) When the complainant is not represented by an attorney, the case in support of the complaint shall be presented by a member of the commission staff or by an attorney representing the commission.
(b) When the complainant is represented by an attorney:
(1)
A member of the commission staff shall present only:
a.The complaint;
b.The answer(s) of the
respondent(s);
c.The report and
findings of the investigating commissioner; and
d.Exhibits selected from the investigation
file; and
(2) The
complainant's attorney shall present the case in support of the
complaint.
