Section Hum 307.04 - Failure to Comply

Upon the failure of any person or entity to comply with a subpoena issued in the name of the commission and not revoked or modified by the commission as provided in Hum 307.03, an attorney representing the commission shall seek enforcement of the subpoena in superior court.
