Section Hum 306.02 - Pre-Hearing Conference

(a) Parties or their counsel shall attend at least one pre-hearing conference.
(b) Matters to be considered at the pre-hearing conference shall include, as appropriate:
(1) Offers of settlement;
(2) Simplification of the issues;
(3) Stipulations or admissions as to issues
of fact or proof;
(4) Limitations
on the number of witnesses;
(5)
Marking of all written exhibits to be presented during the hearing;
(6) Scheduling; and
(7) Any other matters which might increase
the efficiency of the proceedings.
