Section Hum 209.03 - Investigative Report and Recommendation

When the deadline for response to the investigation summation letters has passed, or the investigator has completed any investigation she or he determines is necessary on the basis of the information in responses to investigation summation letters, the investigator shall submit to the investigating commissioner:

(a) A written report summarizing the information obtained in the investigation, excluding information on the content of any settlement discussions; and

(b) On a separate sheet of paper, the investigator's recommendation with respect to the determination of probable cause.
