(a) When determining eligibility for Financial Assistance to Needy Families (FANF) financial assistance:
(1) Applicant households that have received
financial assistance under FANF in any one of the previous 6 months shall be
considered a recipient household in determining the resource limit to be used;
and
(2) The resource limits shall
be:
a. For applicant households, $1,000;
and
b. For recipient households,
$2,000.
(b) The resource limit for adult category financial assistance shall be $1,500.
