Universal Citation: NH Admin Rules He-W 547.03

All providers of home visit services shall:

(a) Be licensed as a home health care provider by the department's health facilities administration in accordance with RSA 151 and He-P 809;

(b) Be a NH enrolled medicaid provider;

(c) Employ registered nurses, licensed by the board of nursing in the state in which they practice, to perform the service; and

(d) Require the registered nurses in (c) above to have:

(1) A minimum of 2 years of maternal and child health care experience, which shall include:
a. At least 6 months in child health; and

b. At least 6 months in maternal postpartum care; or

(2) One year of maternal and child health care experience and one year of community health experience.
