The purpose of this part is to describe the family planning and family planning-related services and supplies available to individuals who are determined eligible, in accordance with He-W 626, for this expanded Title XIX eligibility category. In accordance with Section 1902(a) (10) (A) (ii) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 1396 a(a) (10) (A) (ii), FPEC recipients shall not be eligible for any other Title XIX services, except as provided for in this part.
