The purpose of this part is to set forth the licensing requirements for all intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF/IID) licensed pursuant to RSA 151:2, I(e), and thereby ensure, through basic standards, the health and safety of residents in an ICF/IID that provides comprehensive and individualized health care and rehabilitation services to residents to promote their functional status and independence including shelter, food, training, and protective oversight services.
