Section He-P 4034.02 - Scope

The provision and requirements of this part are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other requirements of these regulations and cover both radiation machines and sealed sources containing byproduct material but do not apply to medical uses of byproduct material. In particular, the requirements and provisions of He-P 4038 apply to applications and license subject to this part.
