The licensee or registrant shall submit a written report to the DHHS/RHS within 30 days following any planned special exposure conducted in accordance with He-P 4020.10, informing the DHHS/RHS that a planned special exposure was conducted and indicating the date the planned special exposure occurred and the information required by He-P 4021.06.
