Section He-P 3204.01 - Local Agency Requirements

A local health or human service agency shall certify participants and provide them with food benefits, nutrition education, and related benefits under State-approved agreements between the local health and human service agency and the department in accordance with 7 CFR 246.5 and 7 CFR 246.6.
