Section He-P 3202.02 - Income

All applicants shall have an income at or below 185 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines as published annually in the Federal Register in effect at the time of income determination. Income shall be verified by proof of income such as a paycheck stub, employer verification, or federal tax return or participation in another program for which financial eligibility is at or below the same standard.
