(a) Except as allowed in (c) below, all WIC applicants shall reside within the jurisdiction of the state of New Hampshire and the service area of the local agency.
(b) As proof of residence, the applicant shall provide to the local agency one of the following documents:
(1) Government issued identification card or
driver's license;
(2) Current
utility bill or rent receipt;
(3)
New Hampshire resident tax receipt;
(4) Post-marked envelope with the physical
address and the name of applicant, or if applicable, the name of the
applicant's parent, guardian, or caretaker;
(5) Mortgage statement containing the
address; or
(6) Pay stub with name
and address.
(c) A homeless or migrant applicant shall not be required to provide residence documentation.
