(a) The department shall revoke a permit in accordance with the procedures set forth in RSA 541-A:30, II.
(b) The department shall revoke a milk route permit for any individual or company who picks up milk in this state from a producer who does not have a valid milk producers permit or has had their milk producers permit suspended or revoked.
(c) If a milk route permit has been revoked, all operations under RSA 184:60-a shall stop.
