Section He-P 2707.03 - License Issuance and Duration

(a) A license shall be issued if:

(1) The application requirements set forth in He-P 2707.01 have been met and the application has been deemed complete; and

(2) If applicable, the evaluation and inspection of bulk milk haulers conducted in accordance with He-P 2707.07, determines compliance with RSA 184, He-P 2700, and Mil 301.

(b) Pursuant to RSA 184:77, all licenses shall remain in effect for a period of 2 years and be renewed biennially during the month of January.

(c) Licenses shall not be transferable with respect to persons.
