(a) All suspected or confirmed foodborne illness outbreaks possibly occurring from food prepared or offered by a food establishment shall be reported to the department's bureau of infectious disease control at 603-271-4496, or if at night or during weekends at 603-271-5300 within 24 hours.

(b) Pursuant to RSA 141-C:9, II, during a suspected or confirmed foodborne disease outbreak, as determined by the department, all food employees in the implicated food establishment shall submit biological specimens upon department request.

(c) During a suspected or confirmed foodborne disease outbreak, as determined by the department, any food employee who has had any of the symptoms specified in Food Code subparagraph 2-201.11 (A) (1) within the previous 2 weeks shall be excluded from work until the appropriate biological specimens requested by the department under RSA 141-C:9, II, are submitted and found to be negative.
