Section He-P 2304.03 - License Expirations and Procedures for Renewals

(a) All licenses issued shall be valid for one year following the date of issuance, or one year following the first day of the month after the date of issuance of an initial license, as applicable.
(b) Each licensee shall apply to renew his or her license\at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current license.
(c) The licensee shall submit a renewal application that includes the following:
(d) A license shall be renewed if the department determines that the licensee:
(e) If a license holder fails to submit a complete application for renewal as required under (b) and (c) above, the food establishment shall cease operation the day after the license expires, and shall not operate until a license is obtained pursuant to RSA 143-A.
(f) Any food establishment wishing to submit an application for a renewal license whose previous license has been expired in excess of 90 days shall apply in accordance with the requirements of an initial license in He-P 2304.01.
