(a) Contract agencies shall determine eligibility and provide services for all Title III services, except adult in-home care for which eligibility shall be determined by BEAS.
(b) Contract agencies shall provide one or more of the following Title III services:
(1) Adult day program services;
(2) Adult in-home care services;
(3) Alcohol and substance abuse prevention
services;
(4) Dental
services;
(5) Elder abuse
counseling;
(6) Home health aide
services;
(7) Homemaker
services;
(8) Legal
services;
(9) Low vision
service;
(10) Nursing
services;
(11) Nutrition services:
congregate meals;
(12) Nutrition
services: home delivered meals;
(13) Prevention services; and
(14) Transportation services.
