(a) As specified in RSA 170-E:56, I:
(1) No person shall for profit or for
charitable purposes operate any youth recreation camp (YRC) without a license
issued by the department; and
(2)
The license to operate a year-round camp required by
RSA
170-E:56 shall be good only for the calendar
year in which it is issued.
(b) A license shall be issued for one calendar year, beginning January 1 and ending December 31, unless otherwise requested on the application.
(c) The license to operate a seasonal camp required by RSA 170-E:56, I shall be valid only between the opening and closing dates specified on the application.
