Universal Citation: NH Admin Rules He-C 1504.06

Fees for data sets released under this section shall be as follows:

(a) For each public use discharge data sets, the fee shall be $325 per year; and

(b) For each non-public use data set, the fee shall be based on the actual salary, benefits, indirect, administrative, and material and postage costs of providing the data in the format requested as calculated by the department.
