(a) Health care facilities wishing to submit data on an automated basis shall request prior approval from the department.
(b) Automated submission shall be granted if the following criteria are met:
(1) All required data elements are able to be
processed by the health care facility and the department, or its agent, on a
daily or continual basis in the format specified in section
He-C
1503.03; and
(2) The department determines that the
integrity of the data will not be jeopardized by automated
submission.
