(a) All peer recovery coaching service providers shall develop with the client and maintain an individual recovery plan.
(b) Providers shall render services, consistent with the recovery plan, to include any of the following:
(1) Serving as a
recovery role model and mentor to client;
(2) Supporting the client by providing
appropriate recovery information;
(3) Providing linkages and referrals to
community, treatment, and other recovery supports;
(4) Providing lifestyle consultation;
and
(5) Advocating and assisting in
protecting the client's rights.
(c) The services in (b) above shall be rendered via individual sessions that focus on identifying and removing barriers to recovery.
