(a) All outpatient treatment services providers shall offer the following clinical services:
(1) Screening and assessment
services;
(2) Treatment and
rehabilitation services;
(3)
Transfer and discharge services; and
(4) Client record services.
(b) Treatment and rehabilitation services shall include:
(1) Development and
maintenance of an individual treatment plan; and
(2) Services rendered consistent with the
treatment plan, including individual or group counseling sessions, or both, for
less than 9 hours per week.
