(a) Individuals providing recovery support services shall be employees of, or otherwise affiliated with, an agency approved to provide ATR services.
(b) Individuals providing recovery support services shall:
(1) Practice or have
demonstrated competency in the specific subject area or service being provided;
or
(2) Meet licensure,
certification, registration, or accreditation requirements, as applicable, to
the specific service being provided.
(c) Individuals providing recovery support services shall have a minimum of one year of experience as appropriate to the service being provided.
