Each audiologist and each hearing aid dealer, as well as applicants for licensure or registration, shall notify the board in writing of any change in home or business address within 30 days of such change. Failure to provide a written notification of change of address shall not be exculpatory grounds for failing to respond to board inquiries or timelines and shall be grounds for disciplinary actions.
