(a) An individual may apply for an interim license if he or she:

(1) Meets the character requirements as set forth in Hcp 302.01; and

(2) Meets the educational requirements of Hcp 302.02 but has not completed the supervised post-graduate clinical experience required pursuant to RSA 137-F:13, I(f) and Hcp 302.03.

(b) An applicant for interim licensure shall submit a complete application required pursuant to Hcp 301.02, including the application fee, as well as a supervised professional practice plan that complies with Hcp 302.04.

(c) Upon receiving such an application, the board shall issue an interim license which entitles the applicant to practice audiology under supervision of a New Hampshire licensed audiologist while completing requirements for licensure.
