(a) The practice archery range shall be open from 1/2 hour before sunrise to 1/2 hour after sunset.
(b) The vehicle parking area shall be open for use by the public during normal center operating hours, except when reserved for scheduled activities.
(c) Individuals wishing to use the range when the center is closed may park at the main gate and walk in.
(d) Broadheads shall be used only on targets designated for their use.
