Section Fis 808.03 - Property Requirements

(a) A regulated shooting area shall include up to, but not exceed, 500 contiguous acres.

(b) No regulated shooting area operation shall be conducted on land less than 50 acres.

(c) Land utilized for regulated shooting area activities may be privately owned or leased provided:

(1) The property shall be contiguous and not crossed or bisected by any public right-of-ways; and

(2) Any lease of land shall be for a term of not less than one year from the date of application.
