Section Fis 806.03 - Reporting

(a) The permittee shall file an annual report with the executive director within 30 days of the expiration date of the permit or at the time of renewal.

(b) The report shall contain the following:

(1) The number and species of wildlife in possession at the end of the calendar year; and

(2) The sale, death, or gift of any wildlife possessed; and

(3) The number and species of wildlife sold or given away; and

(4) The name, address and telephone number of the recipient.

(c) The permittee shall notify the department in writing within 5 business days of any unexplained diseases or deaths occurring in wildlife possessed under a permit to propagate wildlife.

(d) Records of reporting required under (b) above shall be maintained and kept for the previous 3 years.
