(a) Indigenous species which are prohibited for importation and that the department provides to an exhibitor, shall be provided seclusion and shade where the wildlife can escape viewing by the public at any time.
(b) Exhibitors shall provide deer, elk or moose with larger enclosures to present these wildlife in a natural environmental setting. The enclosure shall be at least 8 feet in height.
