Section Fis 503.07 - Intra-scholastic Fishing Tournaments

(a) Schools holding intra-scholastic fishing tournaments shall provide the New Hampshire fish and game department, fisheries division, with the following information at least 3 days prior to the beginning of their intra-scholastic tournament:
(1) School name;
(2) Contact name;
(3) Contact phone number and email
address;
(4) Tournament
date;
(5) Water body;
(6) Maximum number of boats;
(7) Species targeted; and
(8) If tournament operates under a format of
catch, measure, and immediate release.
(b) Intra-scholastic fishing tournaments shall be conducted as specified in Fis 503.02(d), Fis 503.05, and Fis 503.06(a), (d) and (e).
(c) Schools shall report as specified in Fis 503.04.
