(a) The following bodies of water, lying in the towns identified and subject to the rules specified in this part, shall be designated as Massachusetts-New Hampshire interstate waters:

(1) Bent Pond in Winchester, New Hampshire and Warwick, Massachusetts;

(2) Long Pond in Pelham, New Hampshire and Dracut, Massachusetts;

(3) Lake Monomonac in Rindge, New Hampshire and Winchendon, Massachusetts;

(4) Robbins Pond in Rindge, New Hampshire and Winchendon, Massachusetts; and

(5) Tuxbury Pond in South Hampton, New Hampshire and Amesbury, Massachusetts.
