(a) No person shall have in possession, while fishing a stream, pond, or lake, or when leaving such waters, more than one day's legal bag limit of fish.
(b) Such possession shall be prima facie evidence that those fish exceeding one day's legal bag limit, but less than the 2 day's legal bag limit prohibited by RSA 207:5, were unlawfully taken by the possessor.
