(a) "Muffler" means "muffler" as defined in RSA 259:66.
(b) "Operate" means "operate" as defined in RSA 215-C:1, VIII.
(c) "Operator" means "operator" as defined in RSA 215-C:1, IX.
(d) "Snowmobile" means "snowmobile" as defined in RSA 215-C:1.
(e) "Sound level" means total noise emission from the entire snowmobile.
