(a) NH/VT commerce zone trails shall be open to OHRVs displaying both:

(1) Pursuant to Vermont law, a valid Vermont ATV Sportsman's Association (VASA) trail access decal (TAD); and

(2) A valid registration decal from any state or province.

(b) NH/VT commerce zone trails, identified with signs as such, shall consist of legal wheeled vehicle trails located in the towns of Stratford, Colebrook, and Stewartstown from the New Hampshire/Vermont state line east to U.S. Route 3.
