Certified OHRV or snowmobile volunteer instructors shall:

(a) Abide by all current OHRV and snowmobile laws and rules;

(b) Attend one or more department sponsored training sessions during the certification period, to accumulate at least 4 hours of instructor training;

(c) Serve as a volunteer instructor in the provision of live sessions for a minimum of 10 hours per calendar year;

(d) Instruct sessions and offer all examinations in accordance with the instructor manual and the approved curriculum; and

(e) Return all required reports to the law enforcement division within 15 days of the completion of a course.
