(a) To take the online course:
(b) A student shall be at least 11 years of age in order to attend a live training course and receive the certificate of completion, provided that such certification shall not be valid until that student reaches his or her 12th birthday.
(c) Instructors may allow a person of any age to attend a live safety education courses if classroom size and facilities permit, provided that persons 11 years of age and older and persons who do not possess a motor vehicle driver license from any state shall be given priority to attend if class size restrictions exist.
(d) A person seeking to attend a live training course shall provide the following to the volunteer course instructor or paid department staff, who shall enter the information on a student registration card:
(e) No student shall be charged a fee in order to participate in a live training session of an OHRV or snowmobile safety education program course.
(f) Upon completion of the live training session of a course, the instructor shall notify the department in writing within 15 days of the completion of the course on the form entitled, "Off Highway Recreational Vehicle Safety Education Program Final Report" of the following:
