(a) Any person operating an OHRV or snowmobile under the registration of a licensed dealer shall physically carry a dealer plate on the unit while the vehicle is in operation.
(b) Any person operating an OHRV or snowmobile under the registration of a rental agent shall display registration decals on the unit in accordance with Fis 1507.01 or Fis 1507.02 while the vehicle is in operation.
