Section Fis 1503.01 - Temporary Nonresident OHRV Registration

(a) An applicant for a 10-day temporary OHRV wheeled vehicle registration, as authorized in RSA 215-A: 23, V-b, shall complete and submit the form entitled "2020 Nonresident 10-Day Temporary OHRV (Wheeled Vehicle) Registration Application" Rev 3/2020, and the correct fee, which shall include the total of the fee specified in RSA 215-A: 23, V-b, plus the agent's fee specified in RSA 214-A: 4, plus the search and rescue fee specified in RSA 215-A: 23, X, and any transaction fee imposed pursuant to RSA 214-A: 2, VI-a.
(b) No temporary nonresident OHRV registration shall be effective prior to May 1 or after October 31 of the current year.
(c) Temporary nonresident OHRV registrations:
(d) Upon meeting all of the conditions in (a)-(c) above, as applicable, the agent shall provide the applicant his or her certificate of registration, together with the appropriate registration decal(s).
