REVISION NOTE:
Document #9661, effective 2-25-10, made many changes to the wording and format of rules in Chapter Fis 1500 and renumbered many rules within the chapter.The requirements on rental agents formerly within Part Fis 1504 were adopted in a new Part Fis 1505.The rules in the former Part Fis 1505 through Part Fis 1508 were renumbered as Part Fis 1506 through Part Fis 1509, except for the former Fis 1508.02 on wheeled vehicle reciprocity, which was repealed.A new part Fis 1510 on sound level of snowmobiles was also adopted.The chapter has been re-named "Off Highway Recreation Vehicles and Snowmobiles" instead of "Off Highway Recreation Vehicles."Document #9661 replaces all prior filings affecting Fis 1500.
