(a) Every licensed guide, while engaged in the business of guiding, shall wear in a conspicuous place on his or her clothing a patch to be furnished by the executive director upon the issuance of the license. Such patch shall not be worn by any individual who is not a licensed guide.
(b) If a licensed guide ceases to hold a guide's license, whether due to license revocation or license suspension, he or she shall not wear the patch issued by the executive director.
The amended version of this section by New Hampshire Register Volume 39, Number 19, eff. 5/1/2019 is not yet available.
